Expert engineers who developed PURA was commissioned in Özcanlar Textile which is one of the leading companies in Turkey textile industry. Özcanlar Textile, which has been operating since 1974, is a company that has proven its brand in the sector as a fully integrated facility from fiber to fabric. In order to meet their growing needs, they decided to invest in a bleaching machine and worked with Pluvia on this issue.
PURA has become one of the key machines in the factory with its positive results since its establishment. Currently, it meets the needs of Özcanlar Textile by producing around 15 tons per day.
Pluvia Continuous bleaching ranges are designed in modules and can be specially setup to meet requirements of any dye house or printer from 8-20 tonnes per day. Design differences coming from Pluvia's expertise in continuous machines affect both efficiency and result positively.
PURA starts its operation with a scouring process which allows to remove the size, degrade the waxes and natural fats which are contained in the natural cotton. This is also essential to get the perfect hydrophility of the fabric before the impregnation. The impregnation is done very effectively with Pluvia designed foulards and then steaming happens in the next chamber which chemical reactions take place. In the final process there are washing chambers to neutralize the fabric.
It can be proudly said that PURA is the most compact open width continious bleaching machine in the textile industry. A machine with a capacity of 20 tons / day can be installed in a small area of 17 meters.
The optical brightener compartment OPTICAL can be added at the end of any PURA bleaching range in order to apply high or medium affinity optical brighteners without contaminating the bleaching machine.
