Each chamber is equipped with a two-stage nozzle that provides the required pressure and flow rate for the washing process. Nozzles are designed to be seamless in order to prevent turbulence which causes fabric spinning and rotation.
NIPPING AND TRANSFER CYLINDERS
Nipping forces can be adjusted by the operator with 0.1 bar precision. Cylinder rubbers are specially produces for low nipping forces. If required, the nipping cylinders can be disabled.
WATER DOSAGE CONTROL
Water dosage rate is adjusted precisely based on the fabric weight and machine speed.
PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTIVITY RECORDS
Steam and water consumption and the production values are controlled in real-time and recorded as party or daily basis.
CHEMICAL DOSAGE CONTROL
Chemical dosage rate is adjusted precisely based on the fabric weight or the amount of water.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The temperatures of the chambers are controlled procisely by the automation software depending on the set value.
WATER TUBE
It is designed to rinse out the fabric just before leaving the chamber. The design geometry ensures maximum fabric-water contact time for best washing effect.
ADJUSTABLE OVERFLOW SYSTEM
The overflow system can be easily adjusted by using the valves installed on the machine.
