ARTA TEXTILE & TACHYON

Tachyon has a cooperation with ARTA TEXTILE which is the Turkey's leading contract manufacturer of woven fabric dyeing and printing, also a leading company in digital printing and finishing.

Let's get to know PLUVIA MAXIM DRUM

As you know, in recent years there have been new searches especially in the use of cellulosic fibers. The challenging and costly processes of cotton production in the world led producers to seek different ways. For this reason, there has been a significant increase in the use of polyester, but people's interest in natural products, fiber use comfort cause cellulosic fibers to be more preferable in textile products in daily use. Difficulty in cotton production has increased our interest in the use of vegetable products such as viscose, modal, tencel, bamboo, cupra, linen, etc.by searching different cellulosic fibers. The fact that the marketing of these fibers are active in the world market has started to emerge because of certain features such as antibacterial and nature-friendly.

Especially the lingerie, stockings and bed linen manufacturers have increased their interest in these fibers. Almost all of the fibers we use daily, but elastan also took place seriously in the fibers. The comfort of use, the contribution of the fabric to wrinkle, elasticity, and comfort in the human body for reasons of almost all the fibers in certain rates became indispensable.

Of course, the rate of elestan in an athlete's tights can be more than 30%, while in a men's shirt it can be in 2-3%.

Such difficult, delicate, fragile fibers containing elestane brought about production difficulties in finishing plants. Conventional systems of machinery have inevitably made the production of these fibers difficult. Delicate cotton fabrics with fine thread count with regenerated materials and fine yarn counts brought problems with the machinery available in continuous processes in finishing plants. Particularly due to the characteristic of the fiber during the process, its quick brittleness also elongation has seriously rendered process and machine optimization inevitable.

As a new generation machine manufacturer, we try to find solutions to these problems by examining all the problems in the weave line and the weaving finishing / dyeing line.

With our years of experience, we are trying to find new generation needs with our completely R & D-and supported products by TUBITAK, and equip our machines with the latest technology and provide solutions to the manufacturers.

PLIVIA MAXIME DRUM is a special product designed to meet this need. It has an open drum system. The drum has a special design, equipped with special ducts and holes to allow water to circulate in the drum, allowing water to diffuse into the fabric. The same design is also used to create a turbulence effect, thus providing a mutual water burst effect. The washing effect was maximized by transferring 60,000 liters of water in the cabin to 60 m3 / hour in the cabin by means of water columns at the entrance and exit of the fabric.

The ballerinas are placed at 2 meter intervals at the entrance and exit points of the cabin and the tension control is kept on the fabric.
PLUVIA brand means waterfall and it is simple, convenient and efficient. Our basic principle and vision has been to produce the most efficient, least energy and water consuming machines in the world with the management and employees who have gained experience on energy efficiency for many years. If we give some theoretical values;

The values we take from a cellulosic dark fabric that is reactive dyed (CPB, Pad Steam, E-Control) are as follows;
Water consumption: 5-10 lt / kg.
Steam consumption: 0.6-1 kg steam / kg fabric
Electricity consumption: 0,08 -0,13 kW / kg
Approximately 40-50,000 mt / 20h cotton fabric washing capacity per day in an 8-cabin machine concept. The world's smallest machine dimensions, 8 cabins for approximately 20 mt.

PLUVIA MAXIME DRUM is suitable for washing cotton fabrics, knitted fabrics, all regenerated fibers (tencel, viscose, rayon, modal, cupra, etc.), cellulose / polyester blended fabrics.

We will continue to produce the best machines in the world for you.
